See Job Run ("we", "us") is construction management software operated by PEN Concepts, Inc. dba See Job Run. This policy explains what we collect when you use seejobrun.com and the See Job Run app, why, who helps us run it, and the choices you have. Questions: admin@oakcoast.net.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, company name and business address, and the plan you choose.
- Sign-in: we email you a one-time code; we keep a record that you signed in, not a password.
- What you put in the app: jobs, leads, contacts (clients, subcontractors, employees), tasks, notes, appointments, schedules, budgets, invoices, change orders, time entries, chat messages, and the photos and files you upload.
- Location: addresses you type or pick. If you tap "Use my current location", your device shares its position once so we can look up the address; we don't track your location in the background.
- Payments: card details go directly to Authorize.Net, which charges your card for us. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage: basic technical data (browser, device type, IP address, error logs) to keep the service running and secure, and a push-notification token if you allow notifications.
- On your device: the app saves your sign-in session and a few preferences (language, filters, what's expanded) in your browser's local storage. We don't use advertising trackers.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use See Job Run, such as which pages are visited and whether someone signs up. We don't send your name, email, phone number, job details or payment information to Google. Google may use cookies to collect this data. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
2. Information about other people
When you add clients, subcontractors or employees, you're giving us their contact details. Please only add people you have a business reason to work with. They can ask us to remove their details at any time.
3. How we use it
- To run the app: show your jobs, send sign-in codes, notifications and reminders, and share what you choose with your team, subs and clients.
- To bill your subscription and send receipts.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve features.
- We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
4. Who helps us run See Job Run

We use a small number of service providers, listed here by the kind of work they do for us. Each provider only gets what it needs for that job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
5. Job payments
See Job Run records job payments, invoices and budgets; it does not process, move or hold money between you and your clients or subcontractors.
6. How long we keep it
- While your account is active, we keep your data so the app works.
- Your free trial lasts 30 days. If it ends without a subscription, or a subscription ends, your account is frozen: you can still view everything, but not add or change anything, until you subscribe again. We keep a frozen account's data until the account owner asks us to delete it.
- Backups: we make a nightly backup of the database and keep the last 14.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time (section 8). We delete it within 30 days, and it leaves our backups within 14 days after that, unless the law requires us to keep something.
7. Security
The app runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS), sign-in uses one-time codes, and access inside an account follows the roles you set. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
8. Your choices and rights
- See and update your details in the app, or ask us for a copy of your data.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information: email admin@oakcoast.net from your account's email address.
- Turn notifications off in your device settings at any time.
- California residents: you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we don't sell or share). We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
9. Children
See Job Run is a business tool for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may change this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the updated date at the top. For material changes we'll notify account owners by email or in the app. Continuing to use See Job Run after a change means you accept it.
