Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and PEN Concepts, Inc. dba See Job Run ("we", "us") for using See Job Run. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you use See Job Run for a business, you agree on that business's behalf.

1. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. Keep your email account secure: anyone who can read your sign-in codes can get into your account.

2. Your account and your team

The account owner controls who is invited and what each person can see. You're responsible for the people you invite and for what they do in your account. Subcontractors and clients you invite use See Job Run free of charge.

3. Plans, billing and the free trial

• Free trial: 60 days, every feature included, no credit card required for the trial.
• Plans (per month): Starter $69 (1–3 employees), Team $99 (up to 5), Crew $129 (up to 10), plus $15 for each employee over 10. Billing for employees over 10 is not active yet. We will give 30 days' notice before it starts. Every plan includes every feature. Employees are your billable seats; subcontractors and clients are always free.
• Subscriptions bill monthly in advance through our payment gateway and renew until you cancel.
• Cancel any time in the app. Cancelling stops the next charge; your account keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then it is frozen. We don't refund partial months.
• Price changes: we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead by email; they apply from your next billing date.
• If a payment fails, your account keeps working for 14 days from the first failed payment. If it still isn't fixed, the account is frozen (view-only) until you update your payment info.

4. When a trial ends or a subscription stops

Your account is frozen, not closed: you and your team can still sign in and see everything, but nothing can be added, changed or deleted. When you subscribe again, it unfreezes and you pick up where you left off. We keep a frozen account's data until the account owner asks us to delete it.

5. Records, not payments

See Job Run helps you record budgets, invoices, change orders and payments for your jobs. It does not process, move or hold money between you and your clients or subcontractors. You're responsible for your contracts, invoices, licenses, permits, lien notices and the accuracy of what you record.

6. Your content

You own what you put in See Job Run. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with. You confirm you have the right to upload it, including other people's contact details and photos.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use See Job Run to break the law, send spam, upload malware, harass anyone, get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or overload or copy the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Other services

Some features rely on other companies (maps, notifications, payments). Their own terms apply to those parts, and we aren't responsible for their outages.

9. Availability and backups

We work to keep See Job Run running and back it up every night, but we can't promise it will never be down or never lose data. Keep your own copies of anything critical; you can export budgets and download your files.

10. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time by asking admin@oakcoast.net. We may close or suspend an account that breaks these terms or goes unpaid, with notice where we can give it. Sections 5, 6, 11, 12 and 13 continue after the agreement ends.

11. Disclaimer

See Job Run is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises, including that it fits a particular purpose. It's a management tool, not legal, accounting, tax or engineering advice.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

13. Disputes

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in San Luis Obispo County, California. You agree to defend us against claims caused by your content or by your breaking these terms.

14. Changes and contact

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the updated date at the top. For material changes we'll notify account owners by email or in the app. Continuing to use See Job Run after a change means you accept it.
